Output Missing for HCM Upgrade Rename Utility

I am running the initial pass of an HCM 9.2 PT 8.53 upgrade (from HCM 9.0 PT 8.48) and am on the Change Assistant task called Running the Rename Utility. The 2 files that are supposed to be generated in this task, RNUPGRCDFLD.DMS and RNUPGTBLS.SQL are missing.  The upgrade manual says that there may not be any renames depending on old release patch level, but that is very vague so I don't know if that is true in this case or not.  It looks like there should have been something generated when I look at the log of the Rename
