IMPORT_FILE ERROR - TR_EVENT_LOG.EventUtils.OnExecute Name:getNextTrackingID

Hello,

Has everyone ever came across this error when running IMPORT_FILES process in PS?

ERROR------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fatal SQL error occurred. (2,125) TR_EVENT_LOG.EventUtils.OnExecute Name:getNextTrackingID PCPC:44 7 Statement:13 Called from:BSP_IMPORT.PROCESS.GBL.default.1900-01-01.FILELOOP.OnExecute Statement:25

This process runs on a recurrence every morning and ran to success on Thursday last week then 'No Success' on Friday.  Nothing was changed between Thursday and Friday.  This isn't the first time we've seen this error.  We see it about 1-2 times a month since we went live in October 2012.

We have tried deleting the process and restarting it.  We have tried re-placing the file and rerunning.
