PT 8.51 - Resizing Page Definitions in App Designer

This has  been driving me crazy since we upgraded to PT 8.51. When opening a page definition in app designer, even when creating a new one, I cannot use the mouse to drag the edge of the page and resize it without first setting the page properties to "Custom size." When you place your cursor at the edge of the page, the select arrows appear as if it will allow you to drag, but then it won't. I am positive prior tools versions allowed this. Now, I have to go through the annoying additional steps of right-click, select Page Properties, select Use tab, click Page
