Tool for managing related content

Hello,

with the upgrade to PeopleSoft I want to use the feature of related content to show the users for each site of PeopleSoft sites which could be helpful for the next steps of working.

I'm searching now for an tool or an programm to organize the structure of the sites which are linked to each other. So if site2 is a related content of site1, site1 should be related content of site2. It would be much work to note these mutual connections, especially when I want to delete a related content.  It would be double work to change this in the documentation of the structure.
