Application: both FSCM 8.9 and HCM 9.1
PeopleTools: FSCM 8.52.12, HCM 8.52.08

After upgrading from PeopleTools 8.49 to 8.52, in both FSCM and HCM, we are seeing Manager-AEM items in the SYSAudit after completing migrations. We are using Quest STAT 5.6.1 to migrate code. Is there anything that we should be doing differently since going to PeopleTools 8.52? Have other customers had this issue? We prefer not to have to run the VERSION app engine during each maintenance outage after migrations occur.
The migration is actually done using Quest Stat 5.6.1.
We have to run VERSION during our maintenance outage monthly.
