Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. RG 23 D account is not debited on receiving in Trading ORg

Hi

We have a "Excise in RG23 D" check box is checked in org Addl info for one of our depot.

On PO Receipt- (having non recoverable Excise tax) accounting is

receiving

to ap accrual account

how ever expectation is

RG 23 D account should be debited;

It was working same in 12.0.4 but after upgrade to 12.1.3 issue is coming
