Tuxedo 9.1 install error on RHEL Linux 5.5

We are trying to install Tuxedo 9.1 on Linux 5.5 as part of Peoplesoft installation , but we are getting below error. I tried to upload  Tuxedo installation files 3 times using core -ftp but still getting same error:

Tuxedo 9.1 base installation complete
Installing patch at /opt/bea/tuxedo91
using /usr/bin/uncompress to uncompress archive
R036_TUX91_I-SUSE90.tar.Z: not in compressed format
tar: R036_TUX91_I-SUSE90.tar: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
Patch extraction failed - probably due to space limitations.  Please supply a new temp dir
/opt/psinstall
R036_TUX91_I-SUSE90.tar.Z: not in compressed format
