Setting Minimum Dunning Amount and Minimum Dunning Invoice Amount

Hi

Can someone tell me where I set Minimum Dunning Amount and Minimum Dunning Invoice Amount in 12.1.3? I presumed they would be in the customer profile but they are not explicitly mentioned (see attached)
