ReSA: SA_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.TRAN_NAVIGATION_IND Definition

 Does anyone know the definition for TRAN_NAVIGATION_IND in the ReSA System Option table?  There is nothing provided in the Data Model, or any other documentation provided with the application.  I have searched through Oracle Support with no success.  Any help understanding what functionality this system option drives would be much appreciated.Thanks.
