PS JOB stuck in PROCESSING state in Process Monitor with POSTED status

Dear Experts, 

   Today in our production instance , I observed a PS JOB stuck in PROCESSING state though all the processes underneath it completed successfully. The distribution status is in POSTED status.  This is the first time I notices such a behavior in our Process Monitor. Attached is the screen shots for your reference. Request you to please let me know the possible causes of this issue. 

   Not really sure in which community to raise this question, hence raised it in PEOPLE TOOLS community.
