Look and Feel for Web Profile page

 Does anyone know if the Look and Feel options can use other pages besides HTML? Like ASP so a value can be passed to the page and change how the page looks via that value that will change for each person signing in? I am currently using the SetAuthenticationResult( True, Upper(&psUserId), "", False, 1); with the value of 1 displaying my custom HTML page for Password Warning Page in the Web Profile.
