Does FSCM upgrade from 8.8 to 9.1 FP2 media include any required for upgrade patches

Hi community, 
We are upgrading our FSCM 8.8 system to FSCM 9.1 using the latest upgrade media that contains Feature Pack 2 and PeopleTools 8.53 .  It was released recently. 

In looking at the Required for Upgrade patches and fixes page for FSCM 9.1 it lists 90+ required patches that are dated from 3+ years ago to recently.  I'm wondering if any of those 90+ required patches would be being delivered in the upgrade media since it was cut recently, and if we'd only need to apply the required for upgrade patches that are newer than the date of the upgrade media that we're installing.
