[On behalf of John] Getting message Cannot locate any Change Packages in the apply directory in CA

 We manually downloaded the maintenance pack files HR910_MP7_Cumulative_1of2.zip and HR910_MP7_Cumulative_2of2.zip to a folder named MP7.  When we run CA/Apply Change Packages it says "Cannot locate any Change Packages in the apply directory".  The downloaded files have not been unzipped or renamed per note below, but CA still cannot find the change packages.
Already saw E-CA: Cannot locate any Change Packages in the apply directory [ID 639492.1]
