After upgrading peopletools reports are not posting for extenal domains.

Hi Experts,
I have done people tools upgrade from 8.50 to 8.52, after upgrading i have set up complete configuration properly.
If i start, internal domains then reports are posting fine without any issues, But if i start only external domains then reports are not posting,
if both external and internal web servers are ruining then there is no issues, All java, tuxedo and web logic all are supportable versions,

I am not abale to understand this strange behaviour, Please help me with your suggestions.
