DMS: How to stop/start automatically Oracle database Lite Mobile server in Standalone as an Service

Hi all,
I need stop/start automatically Oracle database Lite Mobile server in Standalone. Is it possible to setup this like as Windows service or do you have to make an script to stop it ?
