R12.1.3 - Credit Card AR Receipts created with Authorization Pending

When we pay invoices from Advanced Collections using credit card, the AR Receipt is created . However it is pending authorization. Ideally we would like the receipt to be authorized at the time the collector is making the payment in the collections workbench. Can this be done?
