AP ACH Financial Gateway process AP_FG_PROC stuck

Hi there,

  We have PS 9.1. I am having an issue with the paycyle. I am running trying to run the ACH AP_FG_PROC but it is not going, status is no success.  I deleted the process instance and tried it again but not successful.  I see that it created a batch and the prenotification is included in my ACH payment batch, is this correct?  Is there a way I can delete this ACH batch and start new? I appreciate your help.
