Need Information about Integrated Operational Planning

Hi,

I am going to work on Oracle Integrated Operational Planning from next month.

I need to know about the following,

1. Is it one of the modules (like PO, OM, INV, BOM) under Oracle EBS?

2. Or is it a separate application tool like Demantra?

3. Or what kind of application it is, completely non-related to EBS and need to integrate with EBS?

Please share some information on this.
