Auto invoice error

Hi Guru,

Auto invoice is completing with error. TCS is applicable in this invoice.

Following error message is coming:

APP-AR-11526: ORA-20001: APP--20001: Cannot complete invoice as surcharge is applica
update ra_customer_trx  set complete_flag='Y',LAST_UPDATE_DATE=sysdate
APP-AR-11526: 8979897/ar/lib/raamtc.lpc 367
