Pop up Refresh Current Counts is coming as #####

Hi Gurus,

In Collection when i am clicking right click on Work Type tab, a pop up "Refresh Current Counts" should come but in place of Refresh Current Counts, it is coming as #####.

This ##### usually comes when we don't have much space to show the whole fileds.

Below are the navigation to check the issue.

Collection Agent > Collection's Work Queue > Work Type.

Please help me to find out the solution.
