Workflow Analyzer Setup

Hello,

  I am trying to set up the Workflow Analyzer to run in our Development instance by following Note 1425053.1.
At Step 5, I submitted my concurrent program to run.  After running for over 10 minutes, it completed with an Error.

The only error message in the log is the following:
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running SQL*Plus for your concurrent request 142182483.

(I know, not very helpful!)

Does anyone have any clue what might be the problem?
