Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. INDIA ITEMS - DFF VALUES NOT SEEN ON MASTER ITEM FORM

Hi,

We recently upgraded from 11i to R12.1.1.3.

When we query the item in the master item form, the DFF is supposed to show the values for each of the attributes, but no values are seen.

Please advise
