PTools 8.53 and Win XP

Whenever I give access to a page to a user and they are using XP , if they try to access the page using the hyperlinks in the  'menu' or 'classic menu',  they do not see the page unless I bouce the web server.  IT's not an issue using the same browser version in win 7 only in XP.   If the use the main menu to access the page it is shown with no problem.

The same problem with removing access to a page.  The link is not removed unless I bounce the web server.

I know XP is not supported in XP but the same browser version works in Win 7.
