Performance issue of Tsfprg.pc batch PBI000000033632

Hi,

This is an existing Oracle base bug. Tsfprg.pc batch has performance issue in 13.1. We have identified the bug#9802703 which we need to retrofit to fix this issue. Old code and new code section is not available (required for retrofit).

We need the revision versions 1.4,1.5 to retrofit. Please provide us with the same ASAP.
