Business event firing only once when enabled for multiple concurrent programs

Hi,

I have enabled the event Request Completed on two concurrent programs "Send Separate Remittance Advices" and "Format Payment Instructions with Text Output".

Created a custom subscription with phase as 99 and custom action.

The subscrition fires perfectly when enabled only on one program.

But when enabled on two programs subscription is executed only for one program.

Am i missing out on something?
