Process Scheduler - Distribution ID (Not User ID running process)

All processes running via Process Scheduler (SQR, App Engine, etc.) for unknown reasons started using our security admins Distribution ID vs. the user that is running the process.  Our security admin said no change was made at least none we are aware of.

I checked Processes Application Engine/PSQUERY Notification page and no override settings were there.

The issue is when the user attempts to access output files they get not authorized message.  This is because their User ID is not on the Distribution ID list.

Please advise.
