Purchase Order Generation by Replenishmen for Single Virtual

Is it possible to  create a single purchase order by virtual warehouse (not physical) during replenishment cycle? 

For warehouse stocked replenishment, the replenishment attributes are entered against a virtual warehouse.  When the replenishment job stream runs we get a purchase order (with the PO header set to the physical warehouse) and items with one or more virtual locations. 

Can you create a purchase order for a single location (i.e. single virtual warehouse)? 

We do have the supplier Single Loc On Order box checked.
