In the upgrade documentations for MSS FIN 8.9 to 9.2 it states

For the latest information, go to My Oracle Support, Patches & Updates, PeopleSoft, and search for reportID 1944858000.I have search MOS and I cannot find the correct doc.I did find one for 9.1 billing, but I am not sure if it is appropriate (title: BI91_Performance_Recommendations.doc)Please let me know if you can tell me how to find the correct indexes to build for our environment
