Barcode not displaying in PDF output - Peoplesoft HRMS 9.1 XML Publisher

I have created RTF template, using query for source data. Need to generate barcode in the PDF output using App Server. Using Free 3 of 9 Extended (FRE3OF9X.ttf) font.

The query has a barcode field - *EMPLID*. The barcode is displayed in RTF & HTML output (Tested with barcode scanner also). In PDF output, it just displays *001234*.

Based on Oracle documentation (), here is what i have done.

Local setup:

1. Dropped font under,

C:\windows\fonts

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\lib\fonts (The Desktop BI Publisher is pointing to this Java Home)
