Compare report viewer not working after moving files

We are in an upgrade from FIN 8.9 to FIN 9.2 and are re-applying customizations. We ran a compare report and want to ,make the browser reports available for our developers to use

The report was run on the db server and needs to be moved to a share for others to use

Does anyone know what files to move and/ or changes need to be made to allow the Browser reports to work properly after moving to a new file location

We can open the report, but the links do not work, for example, the search does not offer any dropdown choices after the files are moved
