Pagelet with Prompts Issue

I have a user who writes a lot of queries and uses them as pagelets.  She has done several that include prompts in the queries.  She sets a default value in the prompt, and the user(s) can use the pencil to edit it and change the values.  No problem.

Her latest one needs to prompt against the PS_JOBCODE_TBL, which appears to be the first itme she's had one that needed to specify a SETID value.  Once we got the query working (you have to be sure to prompt the user for the SETID first, then the JOBCODE value) the query works great.  But when she puts it into a pagelet, it doesn't work.  She specified default values for both SETID and JOBCODE and it works for those, but when you use the pencil to change the values, it won't show any JOBCODE values.  Basically, it's like the prompt for
