Community Update: Why Attach a NON-Production Data File?

Our Community handles many and varied issues. Sometimes, we encounter a user request for data analysis, which usually happens when the user is getting unexpected results in the data tables (invalid values, wrong values, blanks where data is expected, etc.).

In this case, our engineers may ask for data tables showing the issue. It is important to remember the following considerations:
  • Please attach Demo/Test database file (not Production) of the data tables/records that show the issue. 
  • If you must attach a Production data table, then please remove/blank all confidential/sensitive information (names, addresses, passwords, and/or anything that can identify any entity) as per the Community Rules of Conduct.
