Oracle EBS-Responding to Workflow Notifications Via Email Only
Hi All,
We would like to provide EBS users with the ability to respond (Approve or Reject) to approval workflow notifications directly from email without having to sign-on to the EBS application. The Oracle workflow guides (user, admin, and developer) indicate this can be done.
For those organizations which already provide this capability to their users, would you be willing to share the technical steps your organization took to make this happen. Or if you have a white paper focused on this, that would be helpful. Lastly, do you encounter any problems or limitations with this.

We've reviewed the notification and its associated message in Workflow Builder. Seems to be set-up properly. We have made updates to the NAME of the templates used by notification mailer. We set the template name used for Open Notification to Workflow Open Mail (Direct) and the template name used for Open Notification (Direct Response Parsing) to Workflow View From UI. We then stoppped and re-started the Notification Mailer. However, new notifications created still do not include the Approve and Reject response options.
