Change Assistant is running very slowly when applying MP7 (cumulative).  When running MP7 CA is very slow moving from one step to the next or when marking a step as complete, or to restart.  Actual script step, once started, runs quickly, then again is very slow moving to next step.  Applying Bundle 11 after MP7 was completed in less than 20 minutes, where MP7 took almost 30 hours to complete.   This is NOT related to the file copy steps but to all steps.
CA is being run on a server and is not run from a client desktop.
