Dunning Letters

Hi all,

We are in the process of R12 upgrade from R11i, and trying to setup the dunning letter in R12 advanced collection.

From what we read from the metalink doc, we have 2 options to send dunning letter : Dunning Plan or use custom strategies.

My question is that , can we use dunning plan to send dunning letter ? even though we are using strategy for other purpose.

Note: Currently in R11i , we are using the Scoring engine and assign Strategies (eg Bankruptcy , legal ....)  to collectors.
