After upgrade to R12.1.3 - India Receipt Localized form error

Hi,
On the receipt india localized form we get error APP-JA-460204 : Accounting is not generated for this transaction. Other forms having this error is available but could not find notes pertaining to this receipt localized form specifically. This has happened after upgrade to R12.1.3 from 11i.

Please advise.
