How to disable email Notification to user when a new user is created in OIM

We have a Fusion Application on Cloud. During implementation, we load data from legacy application to Fusion. The data load, creates users in OIM and an email is sent from OIM to the user telling the username and password. Can we disable this notification. Please not that we do not have server access or access to EM since it is a cloud application.

Is there a property in OIM that can be turned off to disable this email being sent to user?
