Hi,

We are currently running an IBM AIX Power System for Webserver, Application Server, Process Scheduler and Database server + Windows Box for Batch processing.

We are looking to move the Webserver, Application Server and Process Scheduler to a X86-64 machine.

Has anyone got advise:

1. Moving from source to target platform

2. Stategically the business wants to go with Windows 2008 R2 as the server instead of Linux, if anyone runs a windows based site would be interested in hearing your experience.
