Removing the REJECT option from the e-mail notification.

Running on 12.1.3 and mainly focusing on AP approvals (APINV).

I want my users to be able to APPROVE but not be able to REJECT using e-mail.

If a user wants to reject I expect them to log into the system and give a good reason before pressing reject. To this end I have a customization that refuses to accept a rejection unless the comment box has an entry.

How can I change the e-mail template to either hide or remove the REJECT option?

Of course I don’t want to remove the REJECT option from the notification that the user sees when logged into the system.
