Oracle Identity Management Configuration

Dear Sir's,
    I am a little confused with Oracle Identity and Access Management vs Oracle Identity Management Installer on which I download from Oracle E-Delivery.  What I am trying to do is to create an active directory in which our oracle retail applications will get its credentials same as LDAP.

   I tried to install Oracle Identity and Access Management but it does not give me a link on how to manage please see the .rsp file below.

Install Software Only:
        Location:
                Middleware Home Location: /u01/oracle/Oracle/Middleware
                Oracle Home Location: /u01/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_IDM1
                Application Server Type: WebLogic Server
