Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Nvision Reports running to no success

HI,

My users are running nvision reports through the web and and they are running to no success. In the message log I see the following:

'Excel interface exception [E:\pt85209c-retail\peopletools\src\psnxl\gridapp.cpp:2160] Microsoft Offi' Error for 'Microsoft Office Excel:'

PeopleTools 8.52.09 on Oracle 11g FSCM 9.1 . Batch Server is Windows 2008 64bit with Excell 2007.

Please advise if you have seen this issue. Also I want to add the reports do run to success through the two tier client.
