We just upgraded our DB2 z/OS database to DB2 V10 executing in conversion mode (CM9).  The code is executing on RSU 1210.   Our mainframe Process Scheduler s on both Tools 8.51.13 and 8.52.08 will not start.   I have set log fence to 5 and SQL tracing to 31 in the ProcessScheudler config.I’ve found very little in the logs but have attached  the psprcs.cfg, contents of /appl/psoft/fs9/psft91/appserv/prcs/FSTEST91/APPSRV.LOG, contents of PSPT_PSOS390.stdout, and contents of PSPRCSRV_PSOS390_0606.log

APPSRV.LOG indicates and SQL Access Manager SQL error.  The PSPT_PSOS390.stdout points to a ‘UNLCNV character conversion routine failed’ error.
