Missing link in Job Report attached to email notification from AE process

PeopleTools 8.51.11

The email notification generated by the AE process has a Job Report attachment containing a link to the Process Instance in Process Monitor when the process ends with a Run Status of Success or No Success.  When the field AET.AE_APPSTATUS is set to 1 to cause a Run Status of Warning, the Job Report email attachment still lists the Process Name but it is not enabled as a link.  

The attachment shows a Job Report with the three different Run Status values listed above.  Note the missing link below the Process Name heading when Run Status is Success With Warning.
