Using PTF with tools 8.51.15

During attempt to login to PTF, I enter:

Database name:  abc

Server:Port:  abc.erp.uma.net

User ID:  VP1

Password:  <password for VP1>

why do I get the following message:

PeopleSoft Test Framework - Signon

There was an error when PeopleSoft Test Framework was trying to login.

Please, check if the User ID and Password are correct.

ErrMesage: null

ErrSource:mscorlib
