Portal Registry - Default "no access"?
Below is an example of a URL that displays an external content item (ESPN) in the portal framework. http://yaddayadda.com/psp/dev90/EMPLOYEE/ERP/e/?url=http://www.espn.com
PeopleTools checks the portal registry to see if it has a matching entry. If it exists in the portal registry then it enforces the security configured for the matching registry item. if it does not exist in the portal registry then it assumes there is no security (it is "public").
I'm looking for a way to stop access to all content that is not defined as a registry item. In other words, unless there is a matching registry item that gives the user security to the content then the user is not allowed access to the content.
