Does OAM 11.1.1.7 certify BI Publisher 10g (10.1.3.4)?

My customer has a question about Oracle Access Manager (OAM) certification.

Does OAM 11.1.1.7 certify BI Publisher 10g (10.1.3.4)?
OAM 11.1.1.7 certifies only BI Publisher 11g?

According to MOS Certification Tool, OAM 11.1.1.7 certifies BI Publisher 11.1.1.6 and 11.1.1.7.
