How to find tables behind ORMS Forms for Custom Reports Development?

Hello,

We are implementing Oracle ORMS 13.x. Now we need to develop customized reports but we dont know how to find the tables behind a form. As in Oracle EBS we can check the view names from 'Record History' option. How we are going to find tables behind a form in ORMS?
