Sample (or actual) FSCM upgrade project plan

We are about to embark on an upgrade from FSCM 88sp1 to (eventually) 9.2.  Does anyone have a sample, or actual, project plan that they would be willing to share with me.  Naturally, the boss wants a project plan and I'd like to see an example as a starting point.
