PT 8.53 Upgrade : DBTSFIX.sqr step

Dear Experts, 

   I am working on Upgrading our PT8.51 to PT8.53. 

   At the step where I have to run DBTSFIX report, I am stuck with an error and not able to proceed further. Could someone please help me out how to resolve this one. 

  I executed the SQR as below

    C:\SA9.0\sqr>C:\SA9.0\bin\sqr\ORA\BINW\sqrw dbtsfix.sqr SYSADM/xxxxxx@DEMO851 -KEEP

  I am getting error as attached. I attached the Configuration manager screenshot as well in case it helps you understand the issue. 

   I increased the SUBVARS in PSSQR.ini, but it didnt resolve my issue.
