Customers with really long names - Invoice only has 40 char

Hi guys

We're putting in Financials 9.1, and are using the BI Publisher invoice format to allow us to email invoices. 

We have a lot of customers with names longer than 40 characters, and are looking for a way to get these long names onto the invoice without truncating or abbreviating them beyond recognition.  The Customer General Information page has the fields NAME1 NAME2 and NAME3, so we could theoretically split long names across those, but there doesn't appear to be any way to get anything but NAME1 onto the Invoice.

How are the rest of you dealing with very long names ?
